What we collect
- Your conversations with Enora (the voice welcome agent): the transcript of the conversation and the need record that comes out of it (trade, task to delegate, suggested agent).
- The contact details you leave voluntarily (email or phone, via the written field) — only so a human from Renfora can call you back.
- Exchanges with a demo agent (e.g. the on-call agent) and the trial feedback you leave us.
Nothing else: no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no profiling, no selling of data.
Where your data lives
- Hosted and processed in Europe: the application is served from Paris (Vercel, EU region), durable storage with Upstash (EU region).
- Technical voice sub-processors: Vapi (call orchestration), Deepgram (transcription), Microsoft Azure (speech synthesis), Anthropic (language model). They process the audio and text strictly to make the conversation work.
For how long
Conversations, need records and trial feedback are kept for a limited time with automatic purge (technical retention in the order of a few weeks), long enough to call you back and improve the agents. No long-term archiving.
Your rights (GDPR)
The data controller is MAYKODATA (details above). Access, rectification, erasure, objection: write to us at r.oukhai@gmail.com — we act quickly, no forms or lengthy justifications. If you left contact details and change your mind, the same email is enough to erase everything.
Worth knowing during a call
- Enora is a welcome demo agent, not an emergency line (emergency: 112 or your local number).
- Don't dictate sensitive data out loud; for your contact details, use the written field provided on the page.
